FOR ALL PURCHASES It is the mission of imageWest.TV to achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction. imageWest and imageWest.TV is headquartered in Las Vegas Nevada Please read and understand completely our store policies before purchasing any products. Purchasing any product is considered acceptance of all of our policies. Return Guidelines: RMA numbers: All returns and/or exchanges require the obtaining of a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number through our Customer Service Department at 702.233.0076 or at support@imagewest.tv. Without a RMA number no return and/or exchange will be accepted. Please be advised that the issuance of a RMA number does not guarantee an allowable return of your purchase. RMA Guidelines: The RMA number must be written on the outside of the return packaging above the shipping address and must be clearly visible. All packages sent to us that do not clearly bare a RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. You must ship the product(s) back to us within (3) three business days of the issuance of the RMA number. Neglecting to ship the product(s) back within (3) three business days voids the original RMA number obtained. If you are unable to ship the product(s) back to us within (3) three business days of the issuance of the RMA number, you must re-contact our Customer Service Department at 702.233.0076 or at support@imagewest.tv to insure that you are still within the allowable return time frame. In most cases, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Acceptable returns/exchanges: All returns and/or exchanges must be in their original packaging and in new condition. We do not credit or exchange product(s) that have been used or damaged by the customer or returned products that are sent back without their original packaging. All sales after (20) twenty days of the delivery date are final. No credits or exchanges will be issued. It is advisable that when you return and/or exchange any product(s) back to us, you obtain some type of “Tracking Number" so you can have proof-of-mailing with a date stamp as well as proof-of-delivery. Returns: The general return policy, unless otherwise noted on specific products, allows for the return of any product(s) within (20) twenty days from the delivery date of order. The customer will receive a store credit for the purchase price of the products, not including shipping (which is not refundable). Once a RMA number has been issued to you, you are responsible for following the RMA guidelines listed above. If you are unable to adhere to the RMA guidelines listed above, you must re-contact our Customer Service Department at 702.233.0076 or at support@imagewest.tv to determine if the return still falls within the returnable time frame and to obtain a new RMA number. All sales after (20) twenty days of the delivery date are final. No credits or exchanges will be issued. Software - DVD's - CD's: There are no refunds on any opened Software, DVD's, CD's or the like. If the item(s) is damaged/defective, we will gladly replace the product with the same and/or similar product. Missing/Broken/Damaged Items: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. You have (3) three calendar days from the date you receive your order, to report any damaged or missing items. If you find any issues, please contact our Customer Service Department at 702.233.0076 (you may leave a message on our voice mail after hours or on weekends or eMail us at support@imagewest.tv) so that we may work with you to resolve any issues. Bulbs: Bulbs are not covered under warranty. Shipment Schedules: Business Hours - Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm | Closed Saturday & Sunday Orders are shipped on a first-come first-served basis. We attempt to ship all in stock orders within (3) three business days from order date. Any order taken after 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time is considered received on the next business day. Any order that is not in stock will be shipped out to you immediately upon its arrival to our warehouse. We attempt to ship all orders via the customer's selected shipping method & carrier that was paid for at time of order. However, we reserve the right to change the selected shipping carrier without notice to the customer. Expedited/Same Day Services Charges: For orders that require a same day shipment guarantee, your order will be processed immediately ahead of all other orders and assessed a non-refundable “Expedited” fee. This fee is in addition to any shipping/handling charges already charged to your order. Charges are based on the net purchase of the order and before any applicable taxes, shipping/handling charges or other fees. Please see the scale below for detailed charges. * $1.00 - $200.99 = $25.00 * $201.00 - $500.99 = $50.00 * $501.00 - above = 100.00 Will Call / Walk-ins: If you are in or coming to Las Vegas, NV, you are welcome to pick up your purchase. Please call us at 702.233.0076 and let us know when you will be arriving. We will have your purchase packed and ready for you when you arrive. Free Shipping: We do offer, on selected items, one way Free Shipping. Any order under the Free Shipping status must follow all the same policies and procedures listed above as any other order. If a return RMA is issued, the Shipping/Handling Charges that we incurred at time of shipment will be deducted from any credit issued back to you the customer. Delivery Signature: An adult signature is required on all shipments. Shipment Refused By Buyer & Restocking Fees: If an order is returned because it was refused by the buyer. The buyer will be charged for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. The buyer will be refunded the original purchase price of the order less all shipping charges and/or fees and less the 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be processed within 21 days of receipt of returned merchandise. Shipment Returned for Non Delivery: If an order is returned for any reason other than refusal by the buyer, we will collect the return shipping charges as well as the new shipping charges, prior to the re-shipment of the order. If the customer decides that they do not want the order, they will be charged as stated above in Shipment refused by buyer. Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for any delays that may occur during shipment. Shipping delays which occur while orders are in the care of one of the shipping/mailing carrier services, are “Out-Of-Our-Control” and, therefore, we provide no refunds or credits on any such delay. Purchase Orders: Purchase Orders are welcomed on a case by case basis. In most cases P.O.s from governmental agencies including schools, colleges and universities will be accepted along with those from major corporations and FCC licensed broadcast facilities. Purchase orders should be faxed to us @ (702) 362-0005 Other organizations may provide credit information in the form of company information and trade references for review by our credit department. Sorry, we do not extend credit to individuals and ask that all those accounts be settled with a major credit card or other approved means of payment, prior to our shipping the product.
